Well hi there, I'm Andrew...
I'm a lot of things: college student, National Guardsman, and part-time employee at your friendly U-Village Safeway. This web design hobby helps pay for food (and much more importantly, my server). I build sites for individuals and small businesses. Don't be fooled by the one page 'masterpiece' I put up here; I take this hobby very seriously, and pour all kinds of good things into your project, like rainbows, pots of gold, and happiness. The end result is an economic, yet fully functional site that will attract new clients, or just help broadcast yourself to the world.
I use three web languages to cover any aspect of your web site.
| HTML | JavaScript | PHP |

|
HTML
HyperText Markup Language is the basic framework that makes up any web site. Specifically, my web sites follow XHTML 1.0 guidelines, which is a stricter form of the language. |
JavaScript
This technology is client-side (meaning it is run on the web browser and can be turned off) and has nearly infinite capabilities for modifying web pages in real time. If JavaScript is off, the image to the left will stop moving. |
PHP
PHP Hypertext Preprocessor (there's a mouthful) talks to your server and retrieves data from it. For example, it allows people to log in to web sites by comparing a username and password you enter to a database with all authorized users. |
Every site I build meets the standards set by the W3C (the people that set the standards of web design) and U.S. Government for markup and accessibility. All JavaScript applications are validated through resources provided by the University of Washington CSE Department. New projects will be formatted to work with mobile phones (existing projects may or may not be mobile-compliant).
To protect my personal info from the world, you can contact me via Facebook. Not on Facebook? What rock have you been living under since 2004?
This site was two years in the making. It's been through three complete design overhauls, and stands as one of my best pieces of work. Project Xenon is an airsoft team based in Seattle, WA, and consists of myself and several of my friends from 'back in the day'.
This is my current project, a politics blog for a buddy of mine.
Works with mobile. W3C validated
