Hosting and Domain Registration
There wouldn't be much of a point in having a site built without a place to put it. We can take care of all the hassle of getting your web site up and running so that you can get back to the important things - maintaining your business. Our servers include complete cPanel access, the latest versions of MySQL and PHP and complete control over subdomains and email (just to name the important ones).
Server Packages
All our server space comes with unlimited email addresses, unlimited subdomains and access to MySQL, phpMyAdmin and cPanel. All packages include 24-hour customer support.
Economy:
Minimal server space for static sites. This package is suited for those who only need space for a single web site, and are not planning on using it to host email accounts or databases.
Standard:
This is the recommended package for most sites. Big enough to hold one or two email accounts as well as some more dynamic content.
Standard Plus:
Built for sites that have community forums or multiple sites on a single server, as well as space for several email accounts.
Premium:
Intended for those who want to integrate file sharing, or plan on hosting large amounts of content.
Ultimate:
When you simply need the best, the Ultimate server, complete with 5 gigs of storage space, is the only way to go.

Why should I consider getting a web site?
Daily, people search the Internet for your products or services. Without an online presence, that audience is missed, and the business opportunities they provide are closed to you.
What kinds of web sites are available to me?
Web sites vary by individual needs. For most businesses, informational sites displaying products or contact information is sufficient. For others, more dynamic content is required, which is also available.
I am considering using server-side interaction in my web site.
Our web sites that require server interaction are built with PHP and MySQL. If you are planning on taking advantage of those features, your web server will need to be able to handle those requests.
How does the web design process work?
The process is fairly linear. Once you are sure you want a web site, we will talk through how exactly you want it to look and what content you want on it. This will most likely include a brief description of your company, any contact information and product lines, if applicable. We will also make sure that you are happy with the overall design before proceeding.
Once you are happy with the designs, we will build your web site. We will build it by hand, without any kind of computer-generated templates or any such shortcuts. Upon completion, we will show you the final product. If you are still unsatisfied, we will go back and revise it to your liking. Once you are happy with it, we will take care of all the file transfers needed to put it on your server.
Do I have to get a web server with my web site?
No. Although we certainly encourage you to look through our server offers (thus allowing us to give you better support, should you need it) you do not need to purchase a server with a new web site.
Someone already built me a web site, but I want it updated.
Absolutely. Regardless of who the original creator is, if we are legally allowed to modify it, we will do so.
Server Related
What's the point of a web server?
A web server is where your web site lives in order to be accessed by other people.
Where do your web servers come from?
All of our servers are purchased from the Ciufo Technologies Group.
Do you offer Windows-based solutions?
No. At this time, only Linux-based solutions are available.
Do you handle domain registrations?
Yes. We will handle the domain registration process and apply it to your account as needed.
What happens if I reach my bandwidth limit for the month?
We will give you a small allowance of additional bandwidth for the rest of the month at no charge. If that allowance is exceeded, your server will no longer accept any data transfer. However, no data will be lost.
What if I need SSH access on my account?
We do allow a jailed SSH access to your account. What this means is you can only use SSH to run commands or work only within your account. To have SSH enabled, you only need submit a SSH request through the Support Center in your Account Control Panel. We do verify your ownership of the account before we enable SSH access, so you will be asked for some billing details.
Do you allow IRC to be installed on your servers?
We do allow IRC to be set up if you have a dedicated server. You are restricted to the use of IRC as a private communication system; you are not permitted to connect to public IRC networks or servers with your own IRC setup.
Do you offer PHP 5?
Yes. All of our servers come with PHP5 standard.
